Small Group Nutrition Coaching

8-week Group Coaching Program

If you don't need or want 1:1 coaching, I offer a hybrid program (pre-recorded talks + live calls) 2-3 times a year to athletes looking for personalized support at a lower cost​

It's the most cost effective way to work closely with me and learn how to support your health and performance as an active, busy person. You do NOT have to be training for an event to join!

This program is for you if:

  • You're a runner, cyclist, triathlete, or regularly engage in other forms of exercise for > 60 minutes

  • You enjoy working in a supportive, small group setting

  • You don't mind doing some learning on your own

  • My self-paced course, Peak Performance for Endurance Athletes, with 1 module released per week

    • Full course has 8 hours of pre-recorded video / audio content + 17 downloads

  • 4 x 60min live Zoom calls with me to answer all of your questions ​

​​Topics covered include:

  • Everyday nutrition and how to adjust based on different training phases and seasons

  • Body image for athletes

  • Hydration

  • Fueling before/during/after workouts

  • Training the gut and troubleshooting common GI issues

  • Supplements (performance and nutrients)

  • Preparing for race day (carb loading, race day fueling, pre-race meals, etc)

  • Whatever else you want to address!​

This *NEW* service includes:

Group size is limited to 5-10 people so that everyone gets individualized attention.

 

Program and live call dates/times depend on what works best for the group. Potential start dates are September, January, and April, but I'm flexible.
