Monthly 1:1 Coaching Programs

My monthly programs provide structure and accountability over a set period of time to help you achieve your goals. I offer 3- and 6-month programs and accept a limited number of clients to ensure every person receives the individualized attention and depth of support required to create lasting, meaningful change.

 

With each program, you get two virtual sessions per month and unlimited chat access to me via the client portal. This helps you stay accountable, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins along the way.

 

You essentially have me in your pocket, ready to provide support and answer questions whenever you need me!

Monthly program schedule:

Month 1: 75 minute Initial Evaluation + 50-min follow-up session

Month 2 and thereafter: 2 x 30-minute follow-up sessions per month

Cost: Starting at $699/month

Both programs include my self-paced course, Peak Performance for Endurance Athletes (a $350 bonus), and all of my other nutrition resources (masterclasses, mini guides, and more).

Change takes time, and it's not a linear process. How much time you need for this work depends on your specific background and goals, but most clients require a minimum of 3 months. At the end of each program, we assess your progress and determine if additional months or sessions are necessary, or if you're ready to implement everything you learned on your own.

A la Carte 1:1 Sessions

A la carte sessions are for existing clients who no longer need the high-level of support that's included in monthly services, but would like to continue our work together. You can purchase individual 50-minute and 30-minute folIow-up sessions or a 5-pack of follow-ups at 5% off.
