I've worked with countless athletes over the last 10+ years, and here's what some have to say about 1:1 nutrition coaching.

Monthly 1:1 Coaching Programs

My monthly programs provide structure and accountability over a set period of time to help you achieve your goals. I currently offer a 3-month package, and will begin offering a 6-month option in January 2026.

 

You get two virtual sessions per month, and unlimited chat access to me via the client portal to continue our in-depth work and celebrate your wins along the way.

 

You essentially have me in your pocket, ready to provide support and answer questions whenever you need me!

Session schedule:

Month 1: 75 minute Initial Evaluation + 50-min follow-up session

Month 2: 30-minute follow-up session x 2

Month 3: 30-minute follow-up session x 2

The program also includes my self-paced course, Peak Performance for Endurance Athletes (a $350 bonus).

At the conclusion of each program, we will assess your progress and determine if an additional month or a la carte sessions are needed. 

Cost: $699/month for 3 months

A la Carte 1:1 Sessions

A la carte sessions are primarily for existing or returning clients who do not need monthly services. You can purchase individual 50-minute and 30-minute folIow-up sessions or a 5-pack of follow-ups at 5% off.

 

I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis if a new client meets the criteria to work with me through a la carte sessions. For these clients, I offer an a carte starter package (Initial Evaluation + 50-min follow-up) for $595. 

 

Please note that a la carte options are priced lower as I provide limited support between sessions

Cost: $275 per 50-minute session and $175 per 30-minute session
